Three-node exchange cluster
We have a three-node windows 2003 cluster with exchange 2003 .
The cluster members are
zm01
zm02
zm03
the cluster name is
zl00
the exchange virtual server are
zl01
zl02
and additional virtual server is the MSDTC
zlmsdtc
In SIM we found discovered only 2 physical nodes zm02 and zm03 recognized as belonging to the cluster zl00
The virtual servers zl01 and zlmsdtc are recognized as normal server and virtual server zl02 isn't recognized at all
Ho can I fix it ?
thanks

Re: Three-node exchange cluster
Besides SIM, are you using any other monitoring for Exchange itself, such as OpenView Operations and an Exchange SPI?
We also have 3-server active/active/passive setup for Exchange 2003, and use OpenView Operations for Windows. I was hoping to use OVOW's Exchange Cluster Configuration tool but thinking that it is not equiped to handle anything other than a standard active/passive setup.
I'd be interested to hear your of your Exchange 2003 monitoring efforts.
Thanks,
Mike

Re: Three-node exchange cluster
At the moment we have no additional monitoring software for exchange beside SIM .
