Thresholds and health status

I set warning and critical thresholds of 'file system space used'on the server.The disk was fulled but health status or performance status didn't change at the insight manager(always is green).
What can be problem?
If it possible to get changing status (performance or health) if the used space of the disk is over thresholds?

Have you set the SNMP trap destination so the unit knows where to find the HP SIM server?
