Tool launch OK - No, is not true : wrong compaq.cimom.supported.

I recently upgraded a Managed Windows 2003 server to HQ Mgt Agents 7.3 as a fix for the Unknown SNMP Device status being picked up by SIM.

As a result when I try to replicate Agent settings to this device (Configure- Replicate Agent Settings) I get the folliowing statement in the Tools Lauch OK column - "No, is not true : wrong compaq.cimom.supported."

Can any one please ellaborate on this message and how to fix it.

What did you upgrade? just the agents or the entire PSP?
Also, the Unknown SNMP would result from SNMP settings being incorrect. An update of the agents wouldn't fix this.
You need the community names to be correct and the HPSIM Server set as an Allowed Host.
