Trouble starting HP SIM - checksvc.exe is missing

After installing HP SIM, i want to start the programm. But than Windows tells me, that the file checksvc.exe is missing and i can't find this file anywhere.

HP SIM is installed on a HP ProLiant DL380 G5 with Windows Server 2008 x64 virtually. The Basic OS is Windows Server 2008 too.
