Unable to License system from License Manager

Hi!

Bought a couple of licenses for Insight Control Environment.
Applied the license inside License Manager and it shows 1 piece of Insight Control Environment.
I then marked the row and clicked on the button "Manage Licenses...".
At that time I got this window on the screen.
See attached image.

Any ideas??
