Unable to Save Task

I am running SIM 5.0 SP4, I noticed my email alerts for all events just stopped working a while ago.

I am unable to create a new task, I get the error "Unable to Save Task".

Any ideas?

I ran into this situation yesterday. This may mean that the username is corrupt. Try this.

1. Create another admin user.
2. Use the command 'mxtask' to assign any custom event handlers to the new user:

mxtask -o "taskname" taskowner

3. Delete and recreate the user.
4. Reassign the tasks back to the original user.
