Unable to collect Installed software, SNMP agents not running?

Hi,

 

I have problems with many SUSE linux servers (SLES10 SP3&4 and SLES11 SP1). The Version control agent doesn't work, it says that "Unable to collect Installed software, SNMP agents not running". 

 

The SNMP agents are running fine.

 

I can't figure out what is wrong, and there is nothing on the logs (or I can't find the right one). Only few servers are working ok.

 

PSP version is 8.7.0.

The prblem is found! We had an missin community string in the snmp.conf.

 

After we added "rwcommunity "name" 127.0.0.1" it started to work.
