Unable to communicate on Port 50000 through proxy

When I try to acces HPSIM 5 through a proxy the page does not load completely. The login and password dialog box do not appear.

If I bypass the proxy it works.

If it's internal then you would normally bypass the proxy.

Re: Unable to communicate on Port 50000 through proxy

We have tried installing a reverse-proxy (Squid), this does partly work.

1. Logon to the full URL: https://servername:proxy-port/mxportal/home/MxPortalFrames.jsp, this might take a while to load (30-60 seconds)
2. Logon using your credentials
3. You get a TCP connection error screen, Press F5
4. You get a "Sign in failed" screen, press the Back button of your browser
5. You are logged on now
