Unable to deploy a VMM Agent

I am trying to deploy a VMM Agent to a Windows 2003 virtual server from HP SIM 5.1 SP1, but get red No in Tool launch OK area. The details show the message:

The properties that servername has for the failing conditions:
Device Sub-type: [VMGuest]
Device Type: Server

I cannot go any further from here. Anyone could please help me?

Hi Luky,

You are trying to deploy VMM agent on Virtual Machine Guest. The agent should be deployed on Virtual Machine Host for managing VM's via VMM not on Guest.
That is the reason it is failing to pass the conditions
