Re: Unable to update the HP VCRM catalogue

I have exactly the same problem. I'm connecting to the internet without proxy

SIM Version C.07.03.00.00

Version Control Repository Manager 7.3.0.0

I can't even upload a support pack

I get the error Message :

There are no support packs found in the following path(s)

I have downloaded the following SPP : SPP2014020B

Any help i would appreciate.

Re: Unable to update the HP VCRM catalogue

Manually download the support pack and moved it into VCRM repository.

vcrm will rebuild the repository and it will update it also.

Re: Unable to update the HP VCRM catalogue

Thx for your answer.

It helped me a lot.

I determined that the path to HP is wrong.  The actual path to SPP is

ftp.hp.com\pub\softlib2\software1\cd-generic\p1513074441\v97758

and VCRM tries to connect to

/pub/softlib2/software1/cd-generic/p1513074441/v96333/
