Unable to upgrade frimware via HPSIM.

I am trying to upgrade the BIOS/ Disk firmware via HPSIM/VCRM.  When I try to initiate the installation via SMH -> HPVCA -> select the componet and click Install.  I get this message

"Message The HP Smart Update Manager for Linux cannot be downloaded from the repository, deployment of SCEXE components will be performed from command line and Src.rpm components installation will be skipped. " and the installation fails.

I have attached the error message as a screen shot for more details. Can some one please help what is wrong?

Hi! Well, it says it is unable to download the file; are you sure there are no issues with firewall openings? Most of my problems with VC is firewall related.

Hi, there is no firewall in between. I have disabled Windows FIrewall as well.
