Unable to use Configure & Repair Agents on Windows 2008 R2

I keep hitting this problem with W2K8 servers.

when I try to use the configure and repair agents tool to set SNMP, trust by cert etc for these servers I get the:
"HP Systems Insight Manager was unable to install the target's HP repair tool service......." message.
This does not happen with W2K3 servers in the same subnet.
On the target and the CMS the firewall is off, all discovery etc works fine.

I have looked into ports, policies, everything I can think of but don't seem to be able to get round this. It is obviously some marvelous feature of W2K8 security - can someone please point me in the right direction.
TIA

Most likely User Account Control...

Thanks for the response. This has not been the issue in the past.

Today however, UAC was on for the domain admin account provided during the tool config screen.

Turning it off on the target server made no difference.

OK. Missed the system reboot after resetting UAC to disabled.
