Uninstall RSP on SIM

Hello,

I uninstalled Remote Support Pack from my SIM server because it's a Virtual server (RSP isn't support on a VM :( ) but I have already the menu of RSP in the SIM web administration(option\remote support configuration and services for exemple) ?

Anyone have an idea how uninstall completly the RSP ?

Same kind of problem here, RSCC components does not get uninstalled when uninstalling RSP --> RSSWM downloads new versions of RSP package but can't update RSCC and RSCCE version A.05.16 gives an error stating that version A.05.20 can't be used to upgrade it, wait for version A.05.30 !! What is that ??
