Unsupported Configuration for DL380 G5 on PMP 4.6

I am trying to license a DL380 G5 server in our DMZ and I am getting an Unsupported Configuration in license status when trying to add it in the PMP configuration in HP SIM.

Details:
HP SIM 5.1 SP1
PMP 4.6
All necessary ports open for communication between SIM server and DMZ server.
I can do a hardware/software polling, SNMP Data Collectionm, test SNMP traps come through and SIM sees the server properly.
OS: Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition X64Bit SP2

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can compare the OS & Managemtn Agent version running on the given server & required by PMP (support matrix).

Thank you...I took a look at the support matrix for PMP 4.6 and it does not support 2003 R2 X64 SP2.

PMP 4.6 does not support server OS type.
