Upgrade Sim 5.0 to Sim 5.1 sp1
After Upgrading from SIM 5.0 to SIM 5.1 sp1 get the standard HP SIM logon page when I try and connect, from both the server
and remote machine. However when I try and logon from SIM, I get authenticated
correctly but I get Java errors when it tries to display the page.
Here is the complete error message:
escription : Server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request
Exception: org.apache.jasper.jasperexception: Unable to compile class for JSP
An error occured at line : 12 in the Jsp file : /mxportal/home/MxportalInner.jsp
Generated servlet error:
E:\program files\HP\systems insight manager\jboss\server\hpsim\work\jboss.web\localhost\_\org\apache
Symbol : method dumpdoctype(javax.servlet.jsp.jspwriter)
Location: clas com.hp.mx.html.core.mxHtmlutil
MxHtmlutil.dumpdoctype(out);
We have tried to uninstall and reinstall java as well plugins but still we get same error message.. I have attached the Screenshot
Would appreciate if i get some help on this issue.
