Upgrade to V5 does not start

Upgrade to V5 does not start


We are trying to upgrade from V 4.2 to 5 and click on intasll from the managment CD. setup.exe starts as a proces but nothing happens, no screen pop ups or anything. When I try to run it again then I get an error saying setup is already running and a box behind that which looks like the intsall screen to click next etc.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong or is something interfereing with the install.

Do you have JAVA INSTALL?
