VCA - install SW or drivers on terminal server

Hi,
how can I install driver or SW in version control agent with "change user /install" mode? I have actualy problem with instaling of driver HP NC-Series Broadcom 10GbE Multifunction Driver for Windows Server 2003 (English (US), Japanese) v. 5.2.18 on Citrix terminal server. Manual instalation in execute mode ends with error, instalation in install mode ends corectly. Can I set install mode for instalation in VCA?
