VCRM Issues

I have been trying to update my support packs in my VCRMs (I have several experiencing the same issue).

1. The Catalog shows as empty, however on the VCRM homepage it shows the proper repository statistics. I have rebooted, reinstalled, restarted and recataloged till I was blue in the face.

2. When trying to do an upload from local directory. (click Upload a Support Pack, click Browse, locate the packs, click Upload) I get the following error "Your Session has timed out. Please close the Upload window and start over.

Issue #1 has been fixed by using Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs to uninstall VCRM, then use cp010140.exe to re-install.

Still experiencing issue #2 though.
