VCRM Trust Problem 2

I have the same problem as abarclay in VCRM trust problem post, however when i try to get to the systems management homepage of the client i want to deploy the proliant tools to i get the following error:-

HP Systems Insight Manager is unable to launch the System Management Home Page at: https://ip-100-251-0-130:2381/.

This error occurs when trying to get to the systems management homepage of both our servers :-

HP Systems Insight Manager is unable to launch the System Management Home Page at: https://ip-100-251-0-2:2381/

If anyone can help i would be very greatful,

As an update, if i copy the url https://100.251.0.2:2381/ into another browser window it comes up ok

Try to work with the options at
Options -> Security -> System Link Configuration

See if any other selection gives you a different result.

Thanks, I changed the following:-

Options->Security->System Link Config

To use full dns name.

I can now open the homepage of one server but the other server doesn't work, i get page not found?

Also, it hasn't solved my trust problem.

I've attatched screenshots. shot 1 shows the error im getting. Shot 2-5 shows the settings for the VCRM
Shots 6-7 show the Insight Manager Certificates.

They all seem to match to me, i don't understand why this isn't working.

Two things i think might be a problem?:-

The VCRM repository seems to be empty?
The VCRM and Insight Manager are on the same server
Insight Database is on the second server

Can anyone help?
