VCRM cp001856.exe, cp001139.exe and cp000735.exe do not download

Hi

In Version Control Repository Manager the files cp001856.exe, cp001139.exe and cp000735.exe try to download, but they fail with the message There was a problem with a downloaded file, cpxxxxx.exe, and the file has been deleted. If the problem reoccurs, the file should be manually copied to the repository.
I cannot find the file in any other repository we are managing.
Any clue in how to get rid of this message, or what to do?
No idea which files those should be, I did not find them anywhere in the web.
Other files do download from HP.

We are running VCRM 2.1.4.750.

Thanks
Roland

We see the same errors. I have attached the big list including cp001856.exe, cp001139.exe and cp000735.exe as well.

I'm seeing this too in VCRM 2.1.5.760. The filenames failing are identical to those in the text attachment of the previous post.

Re: VCRM cp001856.exe, cp001139.exe and cp000735.exe do not download

We also have that issue. Manual downloading the files isn't possible for cp001139 since file does not exist.
Will try to delete reference from xml....

Re: VCRM cp001856.exe, cp001139.exe and cp000735.exe do not download

The fix is to create empty (0 byte)text files and rename them to the three cp00xxxx.exe. Put these files in your vcrm directory.

This will prevent the attempted downloads in the future.

735 and 1856 are for task smart servers. I don't have any of these so I don't care if they are not in the VCRM
