VCRM not showing on the homepage

hi

version controle repository manager and Agent do not show up on the SMH. i have the latest versions of them all installed, but i had the same thing happen with the old versions.

if i check the wenapps in the SMH both intergrated agents for manager and agent show, and they show as running in the services.

any clues as to why they do not show up.

Hi,

If you want to access VCA or VCRM directly, use the link https://ip:2381/vcagent or https://ip:2381/vcrepository.

Because of timeout occuring in SMH, VCA/VCRM or some other agents are not showing up. To resolve this, increase the UI timeout value of SMH in the settings from the default value of 20seconds to say 120 seconds.
