VRCM Update Error code:2147500037

When I tried to update my VCRM, I got this error :
2147500037
A CDATA section was not closed

What can I do ?

Hi Ritter,

You may want to change the logon credentials of the VCRM service.

Go into services and change the propertied of the VCRM to logon as another user.
Create a separate account for the service to use eg:VCADMIN or VCRMUSER.
