Version Control Agent issues

I have an issue I need some help with.

Just updated my VCRM to 2.1.7. Said it was successful.

Now whenever i launch vcagent on a server it hangs for about 15 min. Then tells me it timed out and give me an "Internal server error" . anyone else having this issue?

Version: Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP5 - Windows

Yes I am having the same issue. Have not figured out the resolution yet. Upgraged to SIM 7.70 now get the same message.

I think I figured out my problem.

I have a different username and password for the VCRM. I logged into the server with that username and re-ran the install package for VCRM 2.1.7. Everything looks good now.
