Version Control Repository Manager/VCA - status reverting to Unknown

Hi - every week or so the VCA status of my managed devices in my SIM v6.2 (with hotfix1) console revert to unknown status. Carrying out  a Software Status Polling task fixes this, but a week later it happens all over again. The report screen of the Version Control Repository Manager also notes that the number of connected devices diminishes, and once the Software Status Polling task runs number of devices returns to normal. Any idea on how to get manager & agents connected on an ongoing basis?

 

VCA version: 6.2 or higher

VCRM: 6.3.0.870
