Version Control Repository Manager

When I go into the VCRM through HPSIM and look at the Repository Statistics page it tells me that I have an Invalid Support Pack. When I look at the details of this Support pack I notice that for the vast majority of components in the SP I see the error "The referenced component is not in the catalog." I've looked in the catalog but don't see anything that leads me to an answer. I uploaded the SP directly from a SmartStart 6.40 CD shipped with a new server. If anyone could point out to me why I'm having the problem I have, I'd appreciate it.

Re: Version Control Repository Manager

You need to unpack the SP. Just run th SP.
This should create a number of CPnnnnnn.exe files and, as they're processed by the VCRM you'll get a similar number of CPnnnnnn.mnf files.

For Invalid Support Packs problem on HP Service Pack for ProLiant Version 2013.09.0c (English (US), Japanese)

cp013802.symbols.zip - The referenced component is not in the catalog.
cp013803.symbols.zip - The referenced component is not in the catalog.
