Version Control Repository does not appear to update

The VCRM log shows that it is trying to update but does appear to be receiving any updates.

The last updates I received were about 08/21/2007.

I have the trust cert from the VCRM server on the client servers, but I'm just not sure what to do at this point.

Thanks,

DK

Re: Version Control Repository does not appear to update

You could try upgrading your VCRM to the latest version (if it's not already).

I believe the latest version is 2.1.8.780
< http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/27211.html > released May 7th, 2007.

Hope that helps!

Any passwords changed? Proxy in use?
I'm guessing you're automatically downloading updates into the VCRM?
You could manually download them, I just pull down what I need into the VCRM.

Re: Version Control Repository does not appear to update

No password changes and no proxy.

Where do I pull them down manually?

I've tried going to ftp.hp.com but I can't get directory listings.

thanks
