Version Control Repository shows 'This Catalog is empty'?

Within the Insight Manager CMS page when I click on 'Options' and Version Control Repository Manager I get red text at the bottom of the page saying 'This Catalog is empty'

I have logged into the System Management homepage of the server that the insight manager VCRM is pointing to and populated the VCR catalog with the latest Support Packs from a recent Smartstart CD. i.e C:\Repository All files are present in this folder and I can see them properly catalogued via the system management site. So why can't the Insight Manager CMS see them??

Any help would be appreciated?

You would not believe how much a simple reboot of the server solves so many issues.

It appears that when you upload the latest Support Packs etc you are required to reboot the server in order for the Insight Manager CMS to see the updates in the catalog.
Another one to remember folks...
