What's this running process on my sim server???
Looks to me like a proliant support pack.
I can't understand why it's taking up processor time in task manager. If I kill it, a different one starts up. If I kill that, it's gone.
Reboot, it starts over.
psp-8.15.w2k3es. something..
why do these run? Updating?

look like you have not installed the psp properly. Maybe a reinstall would help.

Re: What's this running process on my sim server???
Well, I'm not running 2003 Enterprise server.
It not only runs that.. but it goes through about 6 of them, one after the other.
Different versions.
It actually looks like the system runs it, then goes to the next one. It turned out after about 5 minutes they were all done.
Could it be tied to RDP 3.82? Due to the file name, it looks like it might be.
Presently no instances of any PSP are running.. it's just at boot.

Re: What's this running process on my sim server???
Looking at my VCRM, it has 1 invalid pack.
I think maybe the PSP......exe running is a validation by VCRM of each support pack?
