White window after log in to HP SIM 5.3.0
Hi!
Cust have HP SIM 5.3.0.
When we log in only a white window appear.
After that we need to reboot the SIM-server and after that it is OK, but only for a couple of hours.
Approximately 2 reboot every day is needed.
I have read a couple a similar issues in another threads.
For example: (look in the end av the thread)

Best Regards

Update it with HPSIM 5.3 SP1. There are known issues with 5.3.0 as per various threads.

In meanwhile. Restart only the HP systems insight manager -service NOT the whole server.

Re: White window after log in to HP SIM 5.3.0
Hi!
Thanks for the answers.
I will test with this hotfix that was released for 1 week ago.
Hopefully this will fix the issue.
I have already tested to restart the SIM service. It does not help.
It is necissary to treboot the hole server.
I will with test with the hotfix and come back to you.
Thanks
