can not get SMH to work with SNMP

When i go to one of my server's SMH, for some reason, it did not state SNMP as its data source.
No hardware status is displayed on SMH.

I normally can change data source through the settings menu, but there is no option to change data source.

i tried the following with no success:
- restart SNMP service,
- reinstall SMH,
- reinstall HP SIM agent.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Try Changing your trust settings to by server name, add in the sim server shortname & fqdn.

tried that. still not working. If i install WBEM provider for windows, it will work with WBEM data source, but if i change it to SNMP, the same thing happen(can't work with SNMP)

Use 'Manage Communications' to diagnose.

finally get this fixed using configure and repair agents. Not sure what was wrong with it.
