critical and major errors reported on the management processor

I get major and critical errors on management processors. I know this has to do with the ilo but I am not sure what the problem is. I am able to login to the ilo of the servers that get these errors. If anyone knows what this means please help.

Errors in the ILO can also refer back top the host server and the associated IML.
