Hi, Can you please assist.

I have jsut setup a Sim Server at our office to remotley manage around 50 various clients and having a problem when i comes to Email Notifications.

If a client server is rebooted the Sim Server is emailing us however way to late,

We wish to configure the SIM Server so if it detects any problem at all with any managed server it emails us STRAIGHT AWAY. We are finding two things wrong, one is the server detects the problem too late and the second is its sends the email out to use too late.

Please help on this matter

We had same problem, found that HP SIM could not do this so we use a product called Servers Alive by Woodstone. The cost is about £200 and it can even monitor services on a server.
