how to configure HP SIM to Monitor Services and send traps on failures(ie.. exchange or sql) in a Windows Environment.

SolutionTO be able to moniture failure of the service you have to go in Control Panel>HP Management Agent>Process Monitor..once you are there select the one you want to monitor ,you can select START or STOP or START/STOP, this will tell you when the service did start or not.
We were all new at this once ;)
Please do not ferget to apply you're point in every message nex to date time , now it at UNASSIGNE.
