hpdiags/diagnose problem

I log into SMH, go into HP Insight Diagnostics and click on the Diagnose tab

What is displayed under the Smart Array Drive Diagnosis is:

"System does not have any diagnosable devices installed"

Also in the Log I see under Device, test:
"libtcstorage.so ID Driver Open Failed in GetConfiguration"

The configuration is:

DL380 G4 SAS, OS: RHEL 5 U1
HP versions:
cmanic-7.9.0-5.rhel5
cpqacuxe-7.85-18
hpacucli-7.85-18
hpadu-7.85-16
hpasm-7.9.1-13.rhel5
hpdiags-7.9.1-15
hpsmh-2.1.10-186

The Array Configuration utility reports both P600 controllers and associated SAS drives, the Array Diagnostics Report also shows the P600 and disks.

Tried removing and reinstalling hpdiags, no help, tried dropping back one version of hpdiags but doesn't make a difference.

What can I do so I can once again run the Diagnose function?

Re: hpdiags/diagnose problem

Update:

Called tech support, the 7.9.1-15 version is not supported under RHEL 5 U1. In fact none of the versions I listed in the original post are supported.....

They have no idea when supported versions will be released.

Here are the problems I've encountered to date:

1. Cannot run insight diagnostics/diagnose
2. Cannot view IML log
3. The survey report shows no controllers, no disks
