It is possible, but the server list keeps getting bigger that way, and i would like to avoid it if it is possible.

I figured it out...
Options=>Discovery=>General Settings for All DiscoveriesUnder General Settings for All Discoveries
uncheck Automatically discover a server when its Integrated Lights Out management processor is identified

Under Enable discovery filters:
uncheck Management processor.
