ilo showing SIM trusted server degraded?

ilo showing SIM trusted server degraded?

Sometimes when I add our SIM server certificate to ilo (both on 2 and 3) it ends up showing "Status Degraded". I can't find anything what this degraded status means. Anyone have a pointer?
