hi every body

we have SIM version 5.0 on unix HP-UX 11i, in our network ,we have 8 unix servers , for "login event" failed or success , i did not receive any event for all servers except the server where SIM is installed .

do any one know , how to configure this "login event" to be received at SIM form all servers?

Re: login event problem

This is an HP-UX question, not an HP SIM one. If there is something that can send an event to HP SIM, it can receive it. The key is configuring a sender of some sort. Try posting in the HP-UX administration forum.

However, my guess is that this is already being logged for you and kept in system logs accessible via SAM.
