mxstm remove fails with "Product model not found."

I'm trying to remove system type rules from the manager with the command: mxstm -r -n "Product name", but all attempts fail with the error "Product model not found.".

I've tested with random product names picked from the mxstm -l command, but I always get the same error.

The operating system is Windows Server 2008. Systems Insight Manager is version 6.2, build version C.06.02.00.00.

Is there something I'm missing?
