problems downloading patches

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING PATCHES AND I THINK THIS MAYBE BE PART OF THE PROBLEM CAN ANY ONE HELP. I AM RUNNING HP-UX 11.11 ON A HP9000


ERROR: Duplicate definition for the product "HPNPL", beginning at
line 162526. This product defines the same values for the
same version attributes as another product or bundle contained
in the root (installation). Those attributes are

HPNPL,l=/opt/hpnpl,r=E.10.34,a=HP-UX_B.11.00_32/64,v=HP

The duplicate product has been marked as corrupt, and its tag
attribute changed to "_product_162526".

let me know yet lcearly, u r running particular patch only or something else?

if u r running patch how did u downlaod and how
do u install can u provide me the commands which u r ussing to install,

and just read the readme file of if it is patch installation
