"Properties" link under System tab

HP SIM 5.2.2.

On some monitored servers, I am missing the "Properties" link as seen in the attachment.

The monitored server with the missing Properties tab have the following configured.

Data Collect via SNMP
SSH
ALL HP Insight Agents (from SP)

Any ideas what I am missing?

"Properties" is for data collected via WBEM (WMI).

Wow! That was easy. Thanks a bunch.

But here's a side question, is there a way to get the equivalent information stored in Properties without using WBEM/WMI?
