"This repository is empty. " With Baseline

"This repository is empty. " With Baseline

Everytime that I try to add any server to the "software/Firmware baselines", it comes up saying "This system is not assigned to a baseline.  Also, when I go to view "Manage software/firmware baselines", never is seen.  All of the servers are seen in HP SIM without any issues.  

 

Any issues?
