runas on remote task!!

want to create a task that runs remotely on my server

When I run this task, the console returns me the following message:
The "Run as" user does not have adequate permission to manipulate this file: Connection refused: connect

But this task use administrator user

where is the problem

Try PsExec from sysinternals.
