sim and vmware esx 3.0

I have blades installed and running sim on a standard server for managing. We are running blades with VMware ESX 3.0. When i use sim to deploy vmm agent on the esx. VMAgent gets installed . but when the agent has to be registered with the SIM server we are getting an error Agent registration failed. Earlier histories has no clear resolution. Can somebody help.

The VMM plug-in will not support VMWare ESX 3.0 until the next release of the plug-in.
