system insight manager

I'm trying to discover one the chaises from insight manager. when i'm run discovery its 10% for while and status is Complete after a while ,but i can't see it in C-class servers. i have configure OA and flex. is there any in need to check towards OA or flex side?

Have you specified the IP address range in which to search?

yes i did. I'm able to ping the distination and able to trace route.

SNMP enabled on targets ? Do You have the "discover ILOs when OA is discovered" -setting enabled in discovery global settings.
