system reachable -notification

Hi, anybody have ideas how to get notification from system that was unreachable and, after some time is reachable again.

Because of e-mail notification filter that set only to send important events, 'reachable' events do not sent (they are 'Informational').

And I do not want to set filter to all events, because of lot of junk informational events.
