system says not correct software

I have a few 2003 servers, that when ever i try to add or repair agents it says not correct software. attached is screen shot...

when all have 2003 sp1 ??

If you do a report on the servers, what does that list the OS as.
Are the servers correctly identified in HPSIM, i.e. you've not manually set them.
You might also want to provide versions of the agents and hpsim itself.

Os = nothing, they are all blank for all the servers i am having issues with?

as for discovery, i have it setup to do an ip range scan.

Hi,
Looks like a SNMP issue. If you choose a server in SIM console and look under "IDENTITY TAB" for the server and Under "Product Description -> Management Protocols" do you see SNMP as a registered protocol (see attachment.)
If not then that is the reason.
