unregistered although compiled and registered

Hello,

I'm using HP SIM 5 with compiled VMWARE-TRAPS.mib and IBM*.mib. The mibs are shown in "HP SIM Option/Events/SNMP Trap Settings" . I assigned "Power OFF" as a Critical Trap to Vmware traps.
Although I see the Traps within "All Events" they are still generic traps.
I guess, its a single click in HP SIM, but where ? ;-)

Thanks
Carsten

I trying out the SNMP traps from VC now. so far the only trap that I receive from VC is the vpxdTrap. which is basically a state change trap.

Try it and see if that works for you.
