why is SIM 5.0 a 0-byte file?

I've tried a few times today to download this package, but it always downloads as a 0-byte file. Am I just missing something silly?

You can address download problems directly with Software Depot at http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/feedback.do

Not sure if it will help you out or not...but anyways, I hope we get it solved.

Thanks Jason.

I haven't heard back from the Software Depot yet...if I do, I'll let you know.

FYI - I am now downloading version 5.1 with no problem. Hopefully it was just that version of SIM (5.0) that was problematic...

SW Depot downloads are working now.
