Hello All,
I have a Proliant DL 380 Gen9 that will not boot. Issue started after a major power outage. The POST error:
397-QPI Initialization Error - A fatal QPI Initialization error has been detected.
Action: Update system firmware. If issue persists reseat the processor. If issue still persists, contact support.
- System Halted.
The system is out of warrantly so i doubt if HPE will even help.

SolutionHello,
I would request you share the current bios and firmware as well as IML errors.
As well as suggest you update the server with the latest bios and firmware.
If the issue still persists, share the IML error for further investigation.
