APC Matrix-UPS + powerchute configuration

hi all,

i am having three hp9000 D350 (hpux 10.20)servers.powerchute software is installed on all the servers (daemon is running).one server is connected to the 'APC Matrix-UPS' through the COM port.when the main power goes down that server should sent message to other two servers to shutdown it automatically.

the HDD of the server which was connected to ups & configured is not detecting now.i reinstalled the hpux & powerchute software on other HDD.but i don't know how to configure it for the shutdown of servers.can somebody help me for this,
